FMCG PILOT

Test the mechanic before you scale it.

A controlled Project Codes pilot lets you test a defined purchase behaviour, reward logic and operating model before making a larger commitment.

STANDARD PILOT FRAME

A clear commercial starting point.

01

€10,000 diamond pool

The digital value available for users through the pilot.

02

€2,500 Project Codes fee

For mechanic design, implementation, marketplace operations, tracking and delivery.

03

Up to 3 months

A limited period with agreed scope, objectives, controls and reporting.

Minimum total pilot value: €12,500 excluding VAT. Printing or packaging costs are handled by the brand separately where required.

WHAT PROJECT CODES COMMITS TO

The operating part of the activation.

  • Mechanic design around the agreed business objective
  • Technical implementation of the Project Codes layer
  • Diamond-pool management
  • Marketplace and digital-code operations
  • Agreed measurement and reporting
  • Operational support during the pilot

WHAT THE PILOT TESTS

The commercial questions that still need evidence.

  • Whether the mechanic changes the target behaviour
  • Whether users understand and use the value proposition
  • Whether the reward economics make sense
  • Whether execution works across the agreed channel and market
  • Whether the result is strong enough to justify the next step

CATEGORY EXCLUSIVITY

Commercial protection is agreed before the pilot starts.

During an active engagement, Project Codes works with one partner per agreed category and country. The exact scope and duration are defined by contract.

Project Codes does not guarantee sales growth. The pilot is a structured test designed to create evidence for a business decision.

EARLY EVIDENCE AND LIMITATIONS

See what we actually recorded in the Candy Universe MVP.

We published the early MVP results together with the limits of what those figures can establish without a control group.
