These Terms of Use ("Terms of Use") apply to the website (https://projectcodes.rs/) ("Website") and the Project Codes application ("Application") and are intended to regulate the access and use of the Website and the Application by users.

By using the Website and the Application, you confirm your agreement with these Terms of Use, which include the Privacy Policy as an integral part.

The Terms of Use are legally binding between you as the user and PROJECT CODES d.o.o. Belgrade-New Belgrade, with its registered office address at Bulevar Zorana Đinđića 181a, New Belgrade, Belgrade, registration number: 22038648, VAT ID: 114554057 ("PROJECT CODES"), as the owner of all rights to the Website and the Application, as well as their contents.

Terms of Use of the Website and Application

Access to certain services and functionalities offered by the Website and Application may require the registration of a user account and logging into the registered user account in accordance with the rules for account registration and management, for which you are required to provide your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 87/2018) and the Privacy Policy.

PROJECT CODES shall not be liable to you or any third party for any consequences of the unavailability, modification, suspension, or withdrawal of the Website or Application or any functionalities, parts, or content on the Website or Application. You are hereby informed that there may be planned or unplanned periods during which certain functionalities, parts, or content of the Website or Application may not be available or may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn, without the obligation to notify users.

If you provide your consent, you may receive notifications and information about products, promotions, news, benefits, and offers, i.e., Newsletters, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Prohibited Activities on the Website and Application

You agree to use the Website and the Application, as well as everything available on or through the Website and Application, solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, without causing harm to the business reputation of PROJECT CODES or third parties, especially refraining from:

• Downloading, storing, or using any content belonging to third parties that are subject to intellectual property rights or personal data protection rights;

Content Published by Users

The user is responsible for any content they post on the Website or Application.

Users are free to post content on the Website or Application in the form of text, comments, images, photographs, videos, or any type of document, of any content or format, provided that they do not publish content that:

• Is illegal, threatening, offensive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, violent, or infringes upon intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party;

By posting content, users guarantee that they have all the rights and authorizations necessary to publish that content on the Website or Application, particularly in accordance with applicable laws and intellectual property rights.

PROJECT CODES reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to delete or modify any content posted by users at any time and without notice, especially content that is offensive, inappropriate, illegal, or otherwise endangers PROJECT CODES, other users, or third parties.

The Website and Application may, in certain cases, allow users to view content generated by other users. In such cases, to the maximum extent permitted by law, PROJECT CODES disclaims any liability for such content.

User Account on the Application

To use certain functionalities of the Application, you must register a user account.

A user account on the Application can be registered by any user who is at least 16 years old.

By creating a user account, you agree to be bound by the provisions of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and reliable data during the registration and management of their user accounts. Users bear sole responsibility for the accuracy of the data provided and for any failure of PROJECT CODES to fulfill its obligations or fulfill them completely or correctly due to outdated data.

The phone number serves as a unique identifier for the user account.

Users are responsible for all activities carried out using their login credentials and must immediately notify PROJECT CODES of any unauthorized use of login credentials or security breaches they become aware of.

To register and open a user account, a phone number is required. Each user is responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the data provided.

PROJECT CODES reserves the right to deny, suspend, or delete login credentials and/or restrict access to the user account at any time if it believes that the provided information is inaccurate or belongs to another person.

You may submit a request to deactivate your user account at any time via email at office@projectcodes.rs. Within three days of receiving a deactivation request, you will still have the ability to log into your account to withdraw the request.

Deleting a User Account

In the Android mobile application, users have the option to delete their accounts. This option is located in the Android application menu.

Steps to delete a user account:

1. Open the application and access the menu.
2. The option is located at the bottom of the screen, below the "Terms of Use" section.
3. Click on the "Delete Account" option.
4. A warning will appear: "Are you sure you want to delete your account? After deleting the account, you will lose all collected diamonds and information related to your profile."
5. The user can choose to cancel or delete the account.
6. After confirming the deletion, all data related to the account, including collected diamonds and profile information, will be permanently deleted.

The Website and Application may, from time to time, contain links to external websites that may include offers and promotions from third parties.

PROJECT CODES is not responsible for the content of such websites or for any violation of user rights by the owners of third-party websites.

Intellectual Property Rights

All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights to all content (textual, visual, and audio materials, design, images, databases, programming code, interface, software, texts, etc.) on the Website and Application belong to PROJECT CODES or entities that have authorized their use. Such content may only be used by users to the extent expressly stated and necessary for personal, non-commercial use or to use other services through the Website or Application.
